Chinese Consultant

At the DLIFLC, a class can consist of between 10 to 30 students. The classes are taught by teaching teams which consist of two to six teachers. I have taught different classes and have headed different teams. Each class lasts 63 weeks and twice during the course both the program and the teachers are evaluated. Each student answers an anonomous questionaire and submits it to the institute for review. The institute then gives the evaluations to the school dean and each teacher receives a copy of the page about their teaching effectiveness. To date, I have taught four classes. Their evaluations not only make me feel the delight of being a teacher, but also help me to reflect so that I can continue to grow as a teacher.
